Order processing

• Receiving an order at a workshop

• Handing out an offer for repair. Contacting the client.
• After receiving approval, the repair of the device (1-5 days)
• Sending the repaired device back to the client.

What defects do we deal with?

Mobile terminals are constantly exposed to severe operating conditions. In spite of its resistance, it is quite easy to cause some sort of mechanical damage.

Most often we deal with hardware defects caused by careless manipulation or the device parts are simply worn out. Frequent defects happen on the touch screen, digitizer, LCD, keyboard, main circuit board, connector or just by damage to plastic covers.

On the software side, we perform basic tasks such as reflash, system update, device configuration, etc.
